Program Preferences

To get started, from the Audio Logger menu, choose Preferences to set all the parameters of audio recording:

Choose:

• folder for saving files
• sound card or microphone for recording
• compression format (AAC, Apple Lossless or MP3)
• duration of each audio file (ranging from 5 minutes to one hour, or continuous)
• sample rate (32000, 44100 or 48000 Hz)
• bitrate (depending on selected compression format)
• number of audio channels (mono or stereo)
• whether to begin recording automatically after Audio Logger starts
